Agriculture Field Officer Apprenticeship 2026 काम क्या करना होगा – Real Picture
Agriculture Field Officer का काम field level पर होता है। यह desk job नहीं है। किसानों से directly मिलना होगा। उनकी crops, soil health, pests और diseases के बारे में information collect करनी होगी। Company के agricultural products जैसे seeds, fertilizers या crop protection solutions के बारे में farmers को advise देना होगा।
Field visits होंगी। Demonstrations होंगी। Farmers की problems सुनकर solutions suggest करने होंगे। कभी-कभी soil testing और crop monitoring भी होगी। यह role पूरी तरह practical है। जो 12वीं में Biology या Agriculture पढ़ा है उनके लिए यह role naturally fit होती है। और जो Rural areas में grow up हुए हैं और farming की basic understanding है उनके लिए यह training बहुत आसान और relatable होगी।
Company size 900 employees की है और 7 states में operate करती है। यह कोई छोटी startup नहीं है। Established organization में एक साल की training मिलेगी।
Stipend कितना मिलेगा – असली Calculation
Stipend range है ₹9,600 से ₹25,000 प्रति माह यह range इसलिए है क्योंकि अलग-अलग locations पर stipend अलग-अलग हो सकता है। Urban locations पर ज्यादा और rural areas में कम। यह NAPS के under government backed rates हैं।
हफ्ते में 5 दिन working है। यह agriculture apprenticeships में अच्छी बात है क्योंकि ज्यादातर field jobs में 6 दिन working होती है। NAPS Benefits enabled होने का मतलब है कि government इस stipend में contribute करती है। इससे stipend reliable और consistent रहता है।
Agriculture Field Officer Apprenticeship 2026 Eligibility
12वीं pass होनी चाहिए। Stream specifically Science होनी चाहिए। यानी 12वीं में Physics, Chemistry, Biology या Agriculture subject होना जरूरी है।Male और Female दोनों apply कर सकते हैं।
PwBD candidates के लिए यह opportunity available नहीं है।पहले किसी establishment में Apprenticeship नहीं की होनी चाहिए। और अगर पहले Agriculture Field Officer की Apprenticeship कर चुके हो तो same trade में दोबारा नहीं होगी। Age के बारे में NAPS portal पर confirm करो। Generally minimum 14 साल और maximum 21-25 साल के बीच होती है।
वो बातें जो ध्यान रखनी हैं
पहली बात – 68 vacancies हैं लेकिन locations बहुत spread हैं:68 seats across इतने सारे districts। मतलब एक location पर 1-2 ही seats होंगी। Apply करते समय अपने nearest location को carefully choose करो। जो location तुम्हारे घर से या जहाँ तुम रह सकते हो उसके सबसे नजदीक हो वो prefer करो।
दूसरी बात – Field work के लिए physically fit होना जरूरी है:यह office job नहीं है। Farmers के खेतों में जाना होगा। धूप में field visits होंगी। Rural areas में travel होगा। अगर outdoor work में कोई problem है तो पहले सोच लो।
तीसरी बात – Agriculture की basic knowledge होनी चाहिए:12वीं Science में Biology पढ़ा है लेकिन farming के बारे में कुछ भी नहीं पता तो training में थोड़ी मेहनत लगेगी। Apply करने से पहले basic crop knowledge, common fertilizers और pest management के बारे में थोड़ा पढ़ लो।
चौथी बात – NAPS registration पहले करना होगा:Apply करने से पहले apprenticeshipindia.gov.in पर registration जरूरी है। Aadhaar और mobile number से account बनता है। यह step skip मत करो।
पाँचवीं बात – यह permanent job नहीं है:365 दिन की training है। Training complete होने पर National Apprenticeship Certificate मिलेगा। Permanent job की guarantee नहीं है। लेकिन agriculture sector में यह certificate और experience future opportunities के लिए बहुत valuable है।

Agriculture Field Officer के बाद Career क्या होगा
यह एक important question है जो हर candidate के मन में होता है। Training complete होने पर National Apprenticeship Certificate मिलेगा। Agriculture sector में यह certificate recognize होता है।
इसके बाद State Agriculture Department की exams जैसे Agriculture Supervisor, Agriculture Officer वगैरह में apply कर सकते हो। IBPS के through Agriculture Officer posts आती हैं जिनमें experience valuable होता है। Private Agri companies में Field Sales Officer, Agronomist जैसी roles मिल सकती हैं। और अगर आगे पढ़ना हो तो BSc Agriculture में admission के लिए यह background काम आती है।
